    Abstract

    The ferroelectric material barium strontium titanate (Ba1-x¬SrxTiO3) have been with variation strontium 10%, 30% and 50% by co-precipitation method. Then samples were sintered at temperature 700oC, 800oC, 900oC, and 1100oC for 4 hours. The variation carried out to know the influence of variation strontium (Sr) and temperature sintering against crystallite size, crystallinity, dielectric constant, and morphology of samples. Characterization of BST using X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) to determine crystallite size and crystallinity as well as data matching was done using ICDD and processed using Rietveld method by software GSAS. The morphology of BST was characterized using SEM to determine homogeneity and grain size. While dielectric constant measured using RCL meter. Based on the results were obtained, the increasing of temperature sintering crystallite size, dielectric constant, grain size, and intensity will increase. While the variation of mole Sr large shift the diffraction angle to the right, dielectric constant and grain size will decrease. The sample with addition mole Sr 10% has crystal structure tetragonal and ferroelectric phase. while the sample with addition mole Sr 30% and 50% change crystal structure from tetragonal to cubic and being are a paraelectric phase.
