Abstract
Wahyuning Tri Utami, 2016 DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM ACCEPTANCE OF EMPLOYEES WITH SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING (SAW) CASE STUDY: PT DELTA WORLD TEXTILE KARANGANYAR. DIII Program Informatics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Sebelas Maret University of Surakarta. Recruitment is a process of selection of applicants (prospective employees) who enrolls in a company to fill existing vacancies. PT Delta Dunia Textile Karanganyar often hiring to fill positions / vacant unit. In the selection process PT Delta Dunia Textile Karanganyar still use manual calculation. Under the system of recruitment currently running is certainly less efficient in selecting and evaluating employees. To help the process of selecting an employee of PT Delta Dunia Textile Karanganyar used a Decision Support System (DSS). Decision Support System Recruitment built using the programming language PHP with CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database. The calculation process of selection results using Simple Additive weighting method (SAW) based on predetermined criteria. The criteria used namely Education, TIU Tests and Skills Tests. Decision Support Systems generated in this study may show ratings selection results and determine the result of hiring by any vacancies so that may be a solution or a material consideration in the recruitment process.
