Abstract
PRODUCTION PROCESS OF HYBRID POWDER MACHINE SPRAY CNC 2 AXIS ABSTRACT Hybrid Powder Spray Machine is a machine that uses a program CNC (Computer Numerical Control) system. CNC is a machine controlled by a computer using a code of letters and numbers . CNC program on this machine is programmed using Artsoft Mach3Software . CNC machine is made with two axis system that is capable of moving on x-axis and y-axis . The production process is an activity to create or add the usability of a product more useful. The planning concept are about the machining, welding, assembling, finishing and production cost calculation. Results obtained production process planning on creating the hybrid powder Spray Machine CNC 2 Axis with cheaper production costs are Rp18.864.000,00 and construction time 2,095 minutes, so it does not cost too expensive.
