    Abstract

    ABSTRAK Kegiatan magang ini dilakukan di institusi mitra dengan unit-unit kegiatan usaha sektor pertanian khususnya unit pengolahan hasil pertanian yaitu sektor industri pengolahan kacang tanah, PT. GarudaFood Putra Putri Jaya merupakan salah satu perusahaan ternama dalam industri makanan ringan dengan salah satu produk unggulannya yaitu kacang garing garuda, oleh sebab itu untuk mengetahui pengadaan bahan baku, proses produksi, quality control, sekaligus mesin-mesin pendukungnya. Proses penerimaan bahan baku meliputi tahap-tahap penimbangan, pengecekan awal penerimaan kacang basah, pembongkaran kacang basah, penentuan refraksi tanah tafsiran, pengecekan kualitas kacang basah, pengecekan randemen kacang basah. Di PT. GarudaFood Putra Putri Jaya Kualitas kacang basah dipisahkan berdasarkan penampakan dan bentuk kacang (tua, muda, netral, dan cenos). Harga umum kacang basah adalah Rp. 2500/kg, tapi untuk menentukan harga kacang disetiap daerah mempunyai nilai harga yang berbeda-beda, karena disetiap daerah mempunyai karakteristik kacang yang berbeda, selain itu untuk menentukan harga juga dilakukan uji kualitas, refraksi, dan randemen kacang basah. Hasil praktek magang menunjukkan bahwa proses pengadaan bahan baku di PT GarudaFood Putra Putri Jaya sudah sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Proses Pengadaan Bahan Baku ABSTRACT This internship activities conducted within the institution partners with business units,particularly the agricultural sector, agricultural product processing units namely peanut processing industry sector, PT. GarudaFood Putra Putri Jaya is one of the leading companies in the snack industry with one of its main products crunchy peanut Garuda, and therefore to know the procurement of raw materials, production processes, quality control, as well as its supporting machinery. Raw material receipt process includes the stages of weighing, pre-checking receipts wet beans, wet beans demolition, determination of land refraction interpretation, checking the quality of wet beans, wet beans randemen checks. At PT. GarudaFood Putra Putri Jaya Quality wet beans are separated based on its appearance and shape of nuts (old, young, neutral, and cenos). General price is USD wet beans. 2500/kg, but to determine the price of beans in each area had different values in different prices, since each region has different nut characteristics, in addition to price also tests the quality, refraction, and randemen wet nuts. The results indicate that the apprentice practice procurement processes raw materials at PT. GarudaFood Putra Putri Jaya is in conformity with the standards set by the company.
