    Abstract

    ABSTRACT THE ANALYSIS OF RECRUITMENT SYSTEM AND EMPLOYEE SELECTION AT CV HASTA KARYA GOMBONG Vega Adhi Putra F3513071 The thesis is about the recruitment system and employee selection at CV. Hasta Karya Gombong. The objective of this research was to determine the recruitment system and employee selection at CV. Hasta Karya Gombong, as well as to find out re the constraints encountered by the company in the implementation of the recruitment and employee selection. The method employed in this research was descriptive. The data source used was interviews with the Manager of HRD (Human Resource Development) regarding recruitment system and employee selection at CV. Hasta Karya Gombong. The data collection methods used were direct observations, document studies, and direct interviews regarding the recruitment system and employee selection at CV. Hasta Karya. Based on the author’s observation and interview results, the analysis describes that CV. Hasta Karya has not had SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) written in the recruitment system and employee selection, hence the recruitment flow may change according to the instructions of the General Manager or Director. CV. Hasta Karya lacks of experts in the recruitment department. To date, the recruitment system and selection are only conducted by HRD Manager, making the recruitment method not to work optimally. The suggestion given to CV. Hasta Karya Gombong is they should immediately set written SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) in the recruitment process and employee selection thus the company has a clear standard in selecting the employees who will enter the company. The company should immediately recruit experts in the recruitment department to assist the HRD Manager. By the addition of experts, it is expected that the planned recruitment method is able to work well, thereby the information on job vacancies can be spread in various cities and even increase the opportunities to obtain qualified candidates.
