    Abstract

    ABSTRACT FACTORS OF CONSIDERED CONSUMERS PURCHASE DECISION IN PT. PENI REGENCY SUKOHARJO ( Study on Unit Purchase House in PT. Peni Regency ) NOVA ADITYA PRATAMA F3213041 This study aims to determine any factors that consumers consider PT. Peni Regency in making purchasing decisions houses in PT. Peni Regency Sukoharjo, factors to consider based on the marketing mix variables, namely product, price, promotion and place. The object of this study conducted in the housing PT. Peni Regency Sukoharjo with method survey of 100 residents PT. Peni Regency. The data used in this study are primary data collected by distributing questionnaires. A total of 100 respondents who had obtained were processed using descriptive analysis of the results in the form of a percentage. Descriptive analysis showed that the factors considered by the occupants / owners in making home purchase decisions on the PT. Peni Regency is a variable product, in which there are items that have the highest score is the number of house types PT. Peni Regency. Keywords: Product, Price, Promotion and Place.
