Abstract
Rotary Welding Machine is a machine used to weld metal hollow cylinder which use the MIG welding (Metal Inert Gas). The way it works is the workpiece gripped on dibble then tourch MIG welding gun brought closer to the object to be welded. Push button is pressed, the workpiece to be rotated along with the welding process with MIG welding. The purpose of making the framework of Rotary Welding Machine was to determine: (1) the material used; (2) know the machines and tools used; (3) the order of the manufacturing order Rotary Welding Machine; (4) the performance of the framework of Rotary Welding Machine. Rotary Welding Machine is driven by electric motor ½ HP reduced by reducer 1:60 then transmitted to the pulleys and belts. Material in order to use the hollow square profile with dimensions 37x37x1,6 mm. Keywords: Rotary Welding Machine, Las MIG, Frame
