    Abstract

    PRACTICE OF PRODUCTION DYE WITH ADDITION OF GINGER AND CARDAMOM AS ANTIOXIDANTS Yustinus Wijaya Abdi1 Baskara Katrianandito, S.T.P,.M.P2 Ir. Windi Atmaka, M.P2 ABSTRACK Tea Bags tea is packaged in bags (paper filter) for a dish by dipping it first in a glass or cup with hot water. The purpose of this is to understand empirically mitode manufacture and make products teabag ginger cardamom, knowing formulation tea with sensory analysis, determine the water content and the antioxidant in ginger teabag products and conduct economic analyzes On the product teabag ginger cardamom. In making teabag ginger cardamom produce three formulations. A product analysis includes test (scoring), moisture content test, test antioxidants and economic analysis. The selected formulation is a formulation 3 with additional ginger 0,5gr and cardamom 1,5gr. The water content contained in these products is 11.4 %, Antioxidant levels are 74.5 %. The selling price of this product is Rp20.000, clean -ProfitRp 7,589,452,-/month. BEP 346, B/C ratio is 1.7.
