    Abstract

    This study discusses the influence of fairness compensation, leadership style,internal control systems, and organization of government ethics to fraud in the government sector. The dependent variable used in this study is fraud in government sector, while independent variables used are leadership style, fairness compensation, internal control systems, and organization of government ethics. The population in this study are civil cervant working in The Finance and Development Supervisory Board representative office of Central Java. Sampling technique with Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling and hypothesis testing using SPSS. The data used in this study is primary data, through questionnaires distributed to respondents working in the Finance and Development Supervisory Board representative office of Central Java. The results showed that there is an influence of all four factors, namely fairness of compensation, leadership style, internal control systems, and organization of government ethics to fraud in the public sector when tested simultaneously. Where as if partially tested, the fairness of compensation, internal control systems, and organization of government ethics have an impact on fraud, while leadership style not.
