    Abstract

KINERJA KLINIS SEBAGAI PREDIKTOR KEPUASAN PASIEN DENGAN MODERASI PRIORITAS KEGAWATAN PASIEN INSTALASI GAWAT DARURAT (IGD) (STUDI PADA RS ORTOPEDI PROF. dr. R SOEHARSO SURAKARTA) Kshanti Adhitya dhita2013@gmail.com Wisnu Untoro wisnu.untoro@gmail.com ABSTRACT The objective of this study serve to determine patient satisfaction predictors of clinical performance in emergency services in regards with the emergency patient priorities as moderation. The research provides an overview of respondent perception for the registration process, nursing services, physician services, instruction, and the waiting time associated with clinical performance in emergency services. This research utilizes cross sectional method for empirical observation. The research subject were 479 respondent which are the patients, families, patient confidants which seeking the treatment in the Emergency Room of Orthopaedic Hospital Prof. Dr. R Soeharso Surakarta. The influence of direct multiple regression analysis and moderation model with moderated regression analysis were used as hypothesis model test. The hypothesis direct model test with multiple regression analysis exhibits adjusted determination coefficient ( Adj R2) deliver the satisfaction level up to 42.8% by all predictors of clinical performance. Analysis results of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using the ANOVA test (F test) have a significance of 0.000. MRA model can be used to predict the satisfaction level or it can be explained that all the predictors, emergency priorities variable, and moderate, affect the satisfaction level. However, with the significant value of t test > 0.05 can be concluded that the emergency priorities variable of the patient is not the moderating variable. Direct hypothesis of satisfaction predictor i.e. nursing services, physician services, and the waiting time, significantly influences the patient satisfaction. Otherwise predictor of registration and advanced/ discharge instruction as a predictor of patient satisfaction are not supported. Priority moderating hypothesis influence of the patient as predictor of patient satisfaction is not supported. It requires a sustained effort in order to improve the quality of Emergency Department. Keywords: clinical performance, patient satisfaction, emergency priority, triase, Emergency Department.
