    Abstract

    ABSTRACT Romi Azhari, 2015. The Effect of Adding Bendrat with Fly Ash and Bestmittel in High Quality Concrete of Trial Dreux Method To Shear. Thesis of Civil Engineering Department of Engineering Faculty of Sebelas Maret University. Caused growth of time, building structure has grown so rapidly. Reinforced concrete structures is the one of structure that be relied and so many used on development of a high tall building, a long bridge, tower, etc. this structure need high quality concrete with pressure power more than 6000psi or 41,4 Mpa that used to sustain component of structure. Therefore there is need to improve quality of concrete with adding fiber inside of fresh concrete, then fiber bendrat is choosen, to be reused as added material with aim to improve pressure power of concrete. The purpose of this research is to known the effect of adding fiber bendrat toward mechanical characters of concrete as form pressure power and high strength concrete shear strength dreux methods. The used method is experemential method that implemented on UNS Materials laboratory. Specimen object is silender with 15cm of diameter and 30cm of height for testing pressure power, and beam shaped with dimension of 8 x 12 x 100 cm for testing shear strength. Experiment object respectively amounted to 3 pieces for 1 variation extra levels of fiber. Fiber percentage used is 0%; 0,5%; 0,1%; 1,5%; and 2%. This test use CTM (Compression Testing Machine) to test pressure power. Calculation that being used is analysis statistic with linear regression on concrete elasticity limit with using microsoft excel. Result of this experiment is improvement of pressure high quality concrete value after added bendrat fiber. Maximum improvement is on experimental object that has been added with fiber at 1% from concrete weight. The result of experiment object with 0%; 0,5%; 1 %; 1,5%; and 2% fiber add flat generate assesment on crack up and shear force that happen on bony concrete beam in the amount of 2583Kg; 2833Kg; 5250Kg; 4461Kg; 3667Kg; consecutively, with shear force 1297Ton; 1417Ton; 2625Ton; 2208Ton; 1833Ton, consecutively. And result for first crack deflection experiment object A are 2.2mm; 2.6mm; 3.1mm; 2.9mm; 2.5mm in a row,for experiment object B are 1.8mm; 2.6mm; 3.8mm; 1.9mm 2.9mm; in a row , for experiment object C are 1.8mm; 2.7mm; 2.1mm; 3.3mm; dan 2.9mm in a row. And maximum crack deflection on experiment object A are 2.4mm; 3.6mm; 4.9mm; 4.3mm; 3.4mm in a row, for experiment object B are 2.6mm; 2.8mm; 5.8mm; 4.2mm; 3.9mm in a row, for experiment object C are 2.8mm; 3.6mm; 5.1mm; 4.9mm; dan 4.4mm in a row.
