    Abstract

    ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF THE SYSTEM OF RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION OF EMPLOYEES ON PT. KOMUNIKA MITRA PRATAMA SUKOHARJO AHMAD HAMIM ANSHORI F3513006 Human resources is a very important factor in a company in addition to other factors such as capital.The goal is to increase the effectiveness of organization in order to achieve a goal company.This research was conducted to find out the procedure for recruitment and selection of employees at PT. Komunika Mitra Pratama Sukoharjo. This research conducted with the object PT. Komunika Mitra Pratama Sukoharjo located at Solobaru, Sukoharjo. The data used are the primary and secondary data.Analysis of the discussion in this research is descriptive. Based on the results of interviews and data collection undertaken by HRD, the obstacles encountered in the recruitment are the difficulty of finding candidates according to the criteria of the company, the selection process was conducted in a long process because many of people registered, and the difficulty of contacting prospective employees who qualify. While the problem statement in this research is how the procedure of recruitment and selection of employees and the constraintsthat have been facedin recruitment. The results of the research showed that the company was already doing the application of the recruitment and selection of employees in accordance with the established standards of the company. But in the process still happens obstacles where staff that are conducting recruitment had difficulty in determining employee candidates have competent and the recruitment process for a long because many of people registered. Researchers suggest to conduct assessments and interviews to more selective, in-depth and discipline. In addition, increas the staff reqruitment and defines the number of applicants so that the process of recruitment can be done quickly. Keywords: Recruitment, Employee Selection
