    Abstract

    Rancang Bangun Sand Filter Rotary Machine Bagian Rangka Farid Firmansyah ABSTRAK Dalam laporan Proyek Akhir ini membahas secara rinci tentang proses perancangan dan pembuatan sand filter rotary machine. Sebelum dilakukan perancangan sand filter rotary machine, terlebih dahulu dilakukan observasi dan pegumpulan informasi tentang apa saja yang perlu di siapkan sebagai dasar tolak ukur bidang perancangan. Tujuan proyek akhir ini untuk merancang dan membuat rangka sand filter rotary machine dan mampu menghitung kekuatan rangka Sand Filter Rotary Machine. Sand filter rotary machine dengan dimensi 1249,17 x 2400 x 600 mm dapat menyaring pasir yang halus dan kerikil yang telah terpisah. Pasir halus akan siap digunakan untuk bahan campuran semen dan kerikil akan digunakan untuk bahan pengecoran. Perhitungan manual terhadap gaya yang bekerja pada rangka semua bagian menghasilkan nilai tegangan yang terjadi lebih kecil dari tegangan ijin material . Sehingga material dinyatakan aman digunakan sebagai rangkas sand filter rotary machine. Simulasi rangka mesin Sand filter rotary machine dengan solidwork menghasilkan nilai dari Perubahan bentuk (Displacement) terbesar 0,294 mm dan nilai factor of safety 11,34 sehingga rangka Sand filter rotary machine dinyatakan aman. Kata kunci : sand filter rotary machine, pasir, rangka In this final project report discusses in detail about the process of designing and manufacturing rotary machine sand filter. Before the design of sand filter rotary machine, first performed collection observation and information about what needs to be prepared as the basis of a benchmark field of design. The purpose of this final project to design and create the framework sand filter rotary machine and is able to calculate the power of the framework Sand Filter Rotary Machine. Sand filters rotary machine with dimensions of 1249.17 x 2400 x 600 mm can filter fine sand and gravel that had been separate . Fine sand will be ready for use for the mixture of cement and gravel will be used for casting material . Manual calculations of the forces acting in the framework of all the produce section voltage value that occurs is smaller than the allowable stress of the material. So that the material is declared safe to use as a sand filter Rangkas rotary machine . Sand filter simulation machine frame rotary machine with solidwork generate a value of deformation ( displacement ), the largest value of 0.294 mm and a safety factor of 11.34 so order Sand filters rotary machine declared safe .
