    Abstract

    ABSTRACT RELATIONSHIP MARKETING STRATEGY IMPLEMENTATION IN CREATING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION (Case Study on PT Wahana Sun Solo Indomobil Nissan Datsun) EKO RAHMAWATI F3213015 This research was conducted at PT Wahana Sun Solo (Indomobil Nissan Datsun) is a company engaged in the field of automotive retailing. This study aims to identify and evaluate the implementation of relationship marketing in PT Wahana Sun Solo. This research took the title of Relationship marketing Strategy Implementation in creating Customer Satisfaction. This study takes the primary data derived from direct observation and interviews with HRD GA, Supervisors and Employees of PT Wahana Sun Solo. Besides using secondary data obtained from online websites and literature. Relationship marketing itself has been applied PT Wahana Sun Solo for a long time. The core of the application of Relationship marketing strategy is to maintain a relationship, especially to build long-term relationships with consumers. The implementation of relationship marketing strategy at PT Wahana Sun Solo evidenced by their commitment, trust, communication and handling complaints from customers. Based on this research relationship marketing strategy applied by PT Wahana Sun Solo is very good, as evidenced by some of the awards category of Best Customer Satisfaction Index among branches throughout Indonesia in 2015. In their assessment of the customer satisfaction measure, PT Wahana Sun Solo for Relationship marketing is always improving. The researcher suggest that PT Wahana Sun Solo to always improve relationship marketing both in terms of service by always keeping a commitment, trust, communication, and customer complaints. With the realization that need to be implemented by all the existing parts on PT Wahana Sun Solo. Keywords : Relationship marketing and Costumer Satisfaction.
