    Abstract

    RANCANG BANGUN MESIN HYBRID POWDER SPRAY CNC 2 AXIS (SISTEM KONTROLER DAN ANALISA TORSI MOTOR STEPPER) Oleh: LAKSONO WAHYU DONNY PRATAMA ABSTRAK Coating adalah proses untuk melapisi suatu bahan dasar (substrate) yang bertujuan untuk melindungi material dari korosi dan memberi perlindungan pada material tersebut. Selain itu, coating juga memberikan gaya apung negatif (negative buoancy force), dan memberikan fungsi anti slip pada permukaan substrate. Seiring perkembangan Personal Computer yang sangat pesat membuat Coating mampu diintegrasikan langsung dengan mesin perkakas menggunakan perintah berupa Numerical Control (NC) yang disebut PC Based CNC. Laporan proyek akhir ini membahas tentang perencanaan sistem kontroler dan analisa motor stepper. Sistem kontroler disini dikendalikan dengan software Artsoft Mach3, dan analisa pada motor stepper yang ditinjau adalah kekuatan torsi. Dari hasil perancangan sistem kontroler didapatkan hasil sebuah program yang dapat menggerakan semua sumbu pada mesin dan wiring diagram rangkaian kontrol. Sedangkan untuk hasil perhitungan torsi, didapatkan hasil torsi beban pada sumbu X dan Z sebesar 0,19 Nm dan 2,33 Nm. Sedangkan torsi maksimum pada motor stepper X, dan Z adalah 3 Nm dan 6,8 Nm. Sehingga motor stepper dinyatakan aman. Kata kunci: PC Based CNC, Artsoft Mach3, analisa torsi motor stepper DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF 2 AXIS HYBRID POWDER SPRAY CNC MACHINE (CONTROLLER SYSTEM AND ANALYSIS OF TORQUE MOTOR STEPPER) By: Laksono Wahyu Donny Pratama ABSTRACT Coating is the process for covering a base material (substrate), which aims to protect the material from corrosion and provide protection to the material. In addition, the coating also provides negative buoyancy force, and provide anti-slip function on the surface of a substrate. Along with rapid development of personal computer which makes Coating to be integrated directly with the machine tool using a command such as Numerical Control (NC) called PC Based CNC. This final project report on system planning and analysis stepper motor controller. The system is controlled by a controller software “Artsoft Mach3”, and analysis on the stepper motor to be reviewed is the power of torque. From the results showed controller system design a program that will move all the axis on the machine and wiring diagram of the control circuit. As for the results of the calculation of torque, showed the load torque on X and Z axis of 0.19 Nm and 2.33 Nm. While the maximum torque in stepper motors X, and Z is 3 Nm and 6.8 Nm.
