    Abstract

    This research attempts to investigate the effect of psychologically antecedents toward employee satisfaction with schedule flexibility and its consequence within the workplace. The research objects of this research are Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel, Loji Hotel, and Pose In Hotel. Psychologically antecedents involved emotional intelligence and overall satisfaction, for the consequences included organizational behavior and turnover intention. Population of this research is total employee of Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel, Loji Hotel, Pose In Hotel with total employee 205 people. The sampling technique of this research is census sampling. Total sample we used in this research is 198 employees. For validity and reliability testing we used SPSS and for hypothesis testing we used Structural Equation Model through AMOS. The result of this research proves that level of emotional intelligence and level of overall job satisfaction has positive and significant effect to employee satisfaction with schedule flexibility. Meanwhile level of overall job satisfaction and level of employee satisfaction on schedule flexibility has positive and significant effect to organizational citizenship behavior but level of overall job satisfaction and employee satisfaction has negative significant effect to turnover intention. Level of emotional intelligence has no effect to organizational citizenship behavior.
