    Abstract

    ABSTRACT This Media Field Lecture took place at Panti Waluyo Hospital with the purpose of knowing, learning, and understanding the activities of Public Relations in the workplace. How the strategy of Public Relations in coping with the problems occur was. A hospital is an integrated health service provider which cooperates with BPJS Kesehatan to create an affordable service for all society levels with the applied terms and conditions. The impact of the cooperation made the hospital rather overhelmed due to the increase in the amount of patients which had not been accompanied with the addition of workers quantity. Panti Waluyo Surakarta Hospital as a private hospital of type C which is responsible to be the reference I after the health facility I, together with the management and public relations made strategy on the service acceleration in the section of outpatient through an online registration system which aimed at reducing the patient queue, therefore, it is able to support the service acceleration that will have impact on the service quality. The service quality will form the patients’ trust which will influence the image of Panti Waluyo Surakarta Hospital.
