    Abstract

    The aims of this research are : 1) knowing the application of dimension system service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy)at Serba Usaha economic cooperative Ja’far Medika Syari’ah Mojogedang from the giving service; (2) Knowing the application of dimension system of service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty) at a Serba Usaha economic cooperative Ja’far Medika Syari’ah Mojogedang from the members of economic cooperation side; (3) knowing the correlation of application dimension system service quality (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) at Serba Usaha economic cooperative Ja’far Medika Syari’ah Mojogedang between organize consideration with the members of economic cooperative. This research uses quantitative research, by analysis method and descriptive analysis. The techniques use purpose snowball sampling. The sources are informants, research locations, documentations. The collecting data technique uses interviewing, observations, documentations, and by browsing internet. The data analysis uses interactive analysis. Based on the result can be known that: (1) Serba Usaha economic cooperative Ja’far Medika Syari’ah Mojogedang can give the easiest facilities what theirs members wants; (2) The employees of Serba Usaha economic cooperative Ja’far Medika Syari’ah Mojogedang can be trusted in handling and realization the promises to their members. But, the employees should be careful in counting the total balance in member saving books: (3) The main point the employees of Serba Usaha economic cooperative Ja’far Medika Syari’ah Mojogedang always faster in serving the transactions and handling the costumers complains; (4) The Serba Usaha economic cooperative Ja’far Medika Syari’ah Mojogedang has been trusted by theirs member; (5) The main point, The Serba Usaha economic cooperative Ja’far Medika Syari’ah Mojogedang known well about their members needs and trying to give their best.
