    Abstract

    The purpose of the research is to improve the result in studying IPA by the fifth grade students of SDN Jipang 02 Penawangan Grobogan trought cooperative learning thype TAI (Team Assisted Individualization). The form is classroom action research by two cycles. Each cycle is conducted4 phases: planning, action realization, evaluation and reflection. The subjec of this research is students ( 26 students ) of fifth grade students of SDN Jipang 02 Penawangan Grobogan. The technique of colleting the data is observation, test and documentation. The technique of data analisist is critis and interactive technique. Interactive technique has three components data reduction, data presentation, and conclucion or verification. Conclucion can be drawn based on the result of the research that studying IPA perative learning type TAI (Team Assisted Individualization) can improve the result in studying IPA condition before cycle the result studying IPA cognitive of the average grade was 62,3 with the presentage of classical completeness 19,2%, cycle I indicated the average grade was 71,7 with the presentage of classical completeness 69,2%, cycle II the average grade was 76,1 with the presentage of classical completeness 84,6%. The result studying IPA by grade was 65,3 with the presentage of classical completeness 38,5%, cycle I indicated the average grade was 72,9 with the presentage of classical completeness 80,8%, cycle II the average grade was 76,2 with the presentage of on the condition before cycle where psicomotoris of the average grade was 64,8 with the presentage of classical completeness 30,8%, cycle I indicated the average grade was 75,4 with the presentage of classical completeness 80,8%, cycle II the average grade was 76,4 with the presentage of classical completeness 92,3%. Therefore a recommendation can be addressed that learning IPA by the theme (Team Assisted Individualization) SDN Jipang 02 Penawangan Grobogan in the academic year 2010/2011.
