    Abstract

    ABSTRACT EFFECT OF PERSONALITY, COMMITMENT CAREER, SALARY AND SELF EFFICACY ASMODERATING ANDMEDIATOR (Study on Employee PT Kusumaputra Santosa in Karanganyar) KRISTIAN WAHYU ISMOYO S411308022 This study aimed to analyze the mediation of self-efficacy effect on personality with a salary in Kusumaputra Santosa and analyze moderation self efficacy effect on commitment to the career pay satisfaction in Kusumaputra Santosa. This study uses quantitative methods as a way to analyze it. Whereas in the processing of data using multiple linear regression. Then to analyze the use of Baron & Kenny mediation and moderation using moderating regression analisys. Results of this study are a) self efficacy variables are expressed as partial mediating variables (partial mediation). This is because, after entering the variable self-efficacy, the effect of personality variables on the salary that was significantly (before entering the variable self efficacy) remained significant after entering into self efficacy variable into the regression equation models but declined regression coefficient. Thus in this study can be said that the variables of self-efficacy as a partial mediator. b) Self-efficacy proved significant in influencing the salary directly. Whereas self-efficacy proved significant in influencing the career commitment to the salary. Positive predictive value indicates that the moderating effects given is positive, it means self-efficacy effects of career commitment to the salary increase. In the findings of this study are interesting things that The significant coefficient of self-efficacy (sig 0.001) directly (b2), but on the other hand moderator (b3) is significant to 0.019, suggesting that this variable is a quasi moderation. That is self efficacy variables that moderate the relationship between organizational commitment variables with variable salary, the apparent moderation interact with organizational commitment variables at once can be a predictor variable.
