    Abstract

    As the growth of population continues to increase, the need for houses also increased. For businesses in the field of housing developers, the most critical thing in running the business is in the sale price. The selling price of a house is determined by several factors such as the cost of building materials, land prices, availability of facilities, environment, and others. Factors used obtained by using prices hedonic In this study will analyze the selling price of homes influenced by land area, type of house, number of rooms, distance to the city center, supporting facilities, ease of transportation and other independent variables studied a number of 20 factors. Analysis factors in this study are using OLS (Ordinary Least Square). This study focused on two District area Soloraya namely Karanganyar and Sukoharjo From the data processing is known that factors building area, land area, swimming pool, telephone network, plots facing east, and the distance to the mode of transportation a positive impact on the selling price of the house which means that the High values of these factors, the price of the home is also higher (proportional).
