    Abstract

    The purpose of this research is to: (1) Knowing the increase in student learning outcomes grade XI Teknik Konstruksi Batu Beton SMK N 5 Surakarta with cooperative learning model Everyone Is Teacher Here on subject Construction Concrete School year 2015/2016. (2) Knowing activities grade XI Teknik Konstruksi Batu Beton SMK N 5 Surakarta with cooperative learning learning Everyone Is Teacher Here on subject Construction Concrete School year 2015/2016. This reaserch form class action research (PTK) which implemented 2 cycles, but before first implemented pre-cycle. Every cycle consist of 4 stages, that is planning, implementation of the action , observation, and reflection. The subject of the study was students engineering classes XI Teknik Konstruksi Batu Beton school year 2015/2016. Data collection techniques used is test, observation, interview, and documentation. The validity test of the data using data triangulation technique and data analysis using a deskriptive technique. The result of study proven that after the model cooperative learning type of Everyone Is Teacher Here applied can improve learning outcomes and activities of the student. The result of research showing in creases in precentage students thoroughness from 28 students: the cognitive domain on pre-cycle 35,71%, cycle I 67,86%, and cycle II 82,14%; The affective domain on pre-cycle 39,29%, cycle I 57,14%, and cycle II 78, 57%; The psycomotor domain on pre-cycle 32,14%%, cycle I 57,14%%, and cycle II 82,14%; and the activities domain on pre-cycle 53,57%, cycle I 60,71%, and cycle II 78, 57%. Interview results indicate that students with applied learning models cooperative type Everyone Is Teacher Here stdents can became more active in learning process. A summary of this reaserch is to apply the cooperative learning model Everyone Is Teacher Here can improve results learning and being active student grade XI Teknik Konstruksi Batu Beton SMK N 5 Surakarta School year 2015/2016.
