    Abstract

    ABSTRACT EFFECT OF REMUNERATION, JOB SATISFACTION, MOTIVATION ACHIEVEMENT AND CULTURAL ORGANIZATION TO PERFORMANCE IN IAIN SURAKARTA Indah Puji Astuti S431308012 The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of remuneration, job satisfaction, achievement motivation, and organizational culture on the performance in Sharia State University in Indonesia (IAIN- Institut Agama Islam Negeri). The method usedin this study using asurvey. The population in this study are all non-faculty civil servants at IAIN Surakarta. The data analysis technique used is the Excel data processing program. Partial assay results indicate that remuneration, job satisfaction, achievement motivation, and organizational culture has a significant positive contribution to the performance of employees.
