    Abstract

    This internship activities conducted at PT. GarudaFood Putra Putri Jaya, because the company represents companies that process agricultural products based on peanut. In addition, PT. GarudaFood is a company dedicated in the country. Crunchy peanut production process is divided into four stages, one covering the production process of washing and boiling, drying and separation. Two-stage production process is sorted, the process of production of three is roasted, and the fourth production process is the final product. In every production process quality control must be considered in order to get good quality products. Quality control performed on the process of washing and cooking includes control / inspection of washing, contaminants, condensation temperature, salinity, time of boiling, and organoleptic. Quality control performed on the drying process include control / inspection at the drying temperature, moisture content, and organoleptic. While quality control is done on the separation process include control / inspection on bulk density and composition. The results show that the practice of apprenticeship crunchy peanut original quality control in PT GarudaFood Putra Putri Jaya is in conformity with the standards set by the company.
