    Abstract

    ABSTRACT THE ANTECEDENTS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION TO REVISIT INTENTION (A Study on Solo Square XXI) By: AJAR NAWAI F0210009 This study aims to analyze the variables re-visit which influenced by product quality, movie quality, employees, servicescape, price and customer satisfaction. Reseach sample involving 160 respondents. The sampel was taken by non-probability sampling method which was convenience sampling with criteria was consumer who have visited Solo Square XXI and willing to re-visit. Hypothesis testing were done by SEM GeSCA. The result showed that product quality, servicescape and price significanly effect to customer satisfaction. Movie quality and employees are not significanly effect to customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has significan effect on revisit. The Sample of study covered in Solo Square XXI Movie Theater, this prudent the generalization of the result of this research is narrow. Model construct on this research only examines product quality, movie quality, price from previous research. The next research are expected to complete the limitation of this research.
