    Abstract

    ABSTRACT Bustami Reza A, 2015, the Traffic Impact Study Due to the construction of warehouses and offices PT.Wismilak in Solo.Thesis. Department of Civil Engineering Faculty of Engineering, University of March Surakarta. PT. Wismilak Group is one of the efforts in the field of cigarettes. Construction of warehouses and offices in Solo has a strategic location because it is located on Jalan Solo-Sragen km 7 as the main road link between Surabaya - Solo and has a land area of 2700 m2 . Development PT. Solo Wismilak used as a distribution point for the Solo and the surrounding area. Sales in the Solo area has a high sales results and the potential to improve the competitiveness of the cigarette sales. With the activity of marketing activities in and out of the office will have an impact on the smooth and tangle of roads around the area PT.Wismilak. So it is necessary to study the impact of traffic due to the construction of warehouse and office PT. Wismilak. Study traffic impact studies based on secondary data from the Book Documentation Traffic Impact Analysis Development Office and Warehouse PT.Gawih Jaya in the area around PT.Wismilak, Karanganyar. The survey data includes not signalized intersections Ngringgo on Sta.7 ± 050 Jalan Solo and Sragen on Sta.6 ± 000 s / d Sta 6 ± 850. Data analysis included analysis of seizure and pull assumed to be equal to the warehouse and the old office, the analysis of the performance of roads and intersections, parking needs analysis, analysis of the impact of traffic management, and analysis of internal and external structuring PT.Wismilak Group. Where, analysis of road and intersection calculations based on Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual 1997 (MKJI 1997) and DS (Degree of Saturation) as parameters in the analysis of performance. Based on the analysis of the performance calculation Simpang and Roads in the existing condition and the condition of the Year in 2014 after the construction of warehouses and PT.Wismilak Office 2015 is still in a stable condition. In 2020, the degree of saturation is not signalized intersections of 0.93 so that the necessary treatment is not signalized intersections by changing into a signalized intersection. In the handling of these conditions is planned with 3-phase signal generating DS of 0.755 and an external arrangement that accompanies the arrangement of traffic signs and road markings. To overcome the shortage of parking spaces of the parking initial design it is necessary to use vacant land with the internal arrangement in the Warehouse and Office PT.Wismilak Group.
