    Abstract

    This study aimed to examine the effect of the influence of individual factors, organizational factors and technology factors on knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing processes for innovation capabilities. Individual factors consist of enjoyment in helping others and knowledge of self-efficacy, organizational factors are comprised of top management support and organizational rewards, technology factors with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) while knowledge consists of knowledge sharing and knowledge Donating collecting. The sample in this study were employees of the Regional Office of BRI Bandar Lampung, amounting to 180. This study used a convenience method. Data collected by using questionnaires given to the respondent. Likert scale with a range of choices as much as 5 is used as a measurement instrument choice questionnaire. The data have been collected and tested the consistency and precision of the measuring instrument through validity and reliability test. Analyzer used to test the model is GSCA SEM analysis. From the analysis it was found that enjoyment in helping others in a positive effect on Donating knowledge, knowledge of self-efficacy influence on Donating knowledge, affect the use of ICT knowledge and knowledge Donating Donating a positive effect on innovation capabilities. Based on these results, the proposed suggestions as follows: For further research in the same field (1) Future studies are expected in order to examine peruasahaan who has plenty of time to do research and do not restrict researchers to do research on the company, (2) Finding time the right to conduct such research to employees outside working hours or hours of rest so that researchers can assist and supervise employees or respondent in response to the questionnaire provided by the researcher. For instance (1) innovation capability should be improved is by maintaining and improving the knowledge Donating that support and have a positive relationship to the capabilities of innovation, although not supported by collecting knowledge. (2) In addition to improving the knowledge Donating it must maintain and increase enjoyment in helping others, knowledge self-efficacy, and information and communication technology (ICT) that support and have a positive relationship to knowledge Donating. (3) In addition, the use of technology and information is optimized again, for example, held training on the use of tools or new technology that has not been controlled by the employee so that the employee's performance can be better and not outdated.
