    Abstract

    The final task study was carried out on the buyer or customer of PT Jati Agung Arsitama. The study aims were determined and analyzed the customer complaints system which applied in the PT. Jati Agung Arsitama and known the complaints types was filed by the buyer. The study method was used descriptive method, which is a form of data analysis to make the data easier to manage and can provide descriptive information. The data source was used the data obtained from interviews with some of the production staff on the application of the handling complaints system and complaints type filed by customers and make observations. Discussion method was used descriptive discussion model is a technique to create a picture or description of a systematic, factual, and accurate information on an object to be studied. Based on the study results can be concluded that the PT Jati Agung Arsitama in applying the complaint system not in accordance with proper procedures. The procedure applied by the company is still very simple that only by email. The complaints that occurred during 2014 are 7 kinds of complaints. The seven complaints consist of the presence of white patches, flaws and uneven paint color. The advice given to the company are to better maintain production machines with special attention, companies should start using more sophisticated tools that will facilitate the work and the need to improve complaint handling system with the establishment of the form so that the company will be easier to apply the system to complaints handling.
