    Abstract

    This study was conducted at PT Wangsa Jatra Lestari in order to determine the employees’ perceptions to the incentives offered by PT. Wangsa Jatra Lestari. In addition, this study was also provided suggestions for decision making regarding the incentives that have been applied. The study method was used descriptive method.This study was conducted at PT Wangsa Jatra Lestari is located at Jl.Raya Pajang Km.8, Kartasura.The study samples were 100 permanent employees of PT.Wangsa Jatra Lestari. The data analysis were examined the questionnaire results (descriptive) and reinforced with several interviews with managers of Human Resource Development (HRD) and the employees concerned. The study results showed that the overall incentives of PT. Wangsa Jatra Lestari are good for employees.Especially on Religious Holiday Allowance incentives which were considered very well for the majority of employees compared with other incentives such as salary, overtime, recreation and health.Several other incentive groups are still considered less incentive for employees.In the group of salaries incentive some employees were assumed agree that the salary provided is meeting the needs of their food and clothing, but are less able to motivate them in their work, and there is also an overtime incentive groups were considered unfavorable in terms of overtime security.In the recreation incentive the employees were believed good because the recreation incentives are often done by the companies.The health incentives according to employees are good but the health incentive procedures are still cumbersome. Based on the study discussion and conclusions that has been put forward, there are some suggestions for companies, among others: optimize the salaries in order to the motivation the employees, the company are needs to make an innovation that can motivate the salary received in the work.For example implement the promotion or reward to the achievement employees.Companies must also guard when the employee overtime, with the security the assets asset and employee safety will be maintained.In addition it must conduct an evaluation to the overtime pay provision are fair and equitable.
