    Abstract

    This research aimed at investigating how the implementation of Entrepreneurship Learning Practical Model SMK Marsudirini Marganingsih Surakarta, especially for Food Science Program. The main cases in this study are planning, implementation, evaluation, obstacle, and the result reached after using learning of practical model. This study was qualitative descriptive research. The source of data was obtained from informant and document. Data collecting used direct observation, interview, and documentation. Data validation applied triangulation of source, method. Analyse data use interactif analyse model. The result of this study shows that the learning model used in SMK Marsudirini consists of two types. They are theoretical model and practical work. The learning of Entrepreneurship- Practical Model is the follow up of theoretical learning in the class, and then it is implemented in practical room (kitchen), and done in groups. The Entrepreneurship Learning of Practical Model includes three steps. They are planning, actuating, and evaluation. The purpose of Entrepreneurship Learning- Practical Model is to motivate students to do or to run a business, intertwine a networking, teaching a discipline-honesty, and power of struggle based on the character they want to reach under the vision and mission of SMK Marsudirini. The Entrepreneurship Learning- Practical Model in SMK Marsudirini is well implemented based on the school’s expectation. It is proved by the number of students who has started to run such business in school canteen, at home, or online. Besides, the students have got many achievements in various competitions. The obstacles of Entrepreneurship Learning- Practical Model is not really significant so that they can be solved well both by students itself and the teachers.
