Abstract

Sebelas Maret University. Surakarta. 2015. Stakeholders Synergism became the key to success of implementation Bantuan Pendidikan Masyarakat Kota Surakarta (BPMKS) program. Therefore, this research aims to find out stakeholders synergism in Bantuan Pendidikan Masyarakat Kota Surakarta (BPMKS) program. This research refers to Pedoman Program Penanggulangan Kemiskinan Terpadu (PAKET P2KP), synergism is defined as a situation that occurs when a collaboration resulted in greater than the sum of each part when to do it on their own. Aspects of the research of synergism: a common goal, results-oriented joint, joint result is greater than the sum of the results of each, and the third alternative development process. Ackermann and Eden (2011), to look at the role of stakeholders categories done by creating a matrix of power-interest. This research was held with a descriptive method supported by qualitative data. This research was conducted in Surakarta. Source of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Interview, observation and documentation methods were applied to collect data meanwhile the informants were determined using purposive technique. Data and methods triangulation was used to validate the data. This research used interactive analysis model. The results of this research indicates that synergism among stakeholders in the program is sufficient synergy BPMKS accordance with aspects of the research were used. First, have a common goal, stakeholders in BPMKS program already have a common purpose in accordance with the Peraturan Walikota Surakarta No. 11-A Year 2012. Second, results-oriented together, all stakeholders in the program has a results-oriented BPMKS together, shown with students who helped with this program. Third, the results together is greater than the sum of the results of each, stakeholder roles and duties of each and coordinate. Results of the coordination and cooperation of stakeholders is larger when compared to the lack of coordination and cooperation among stakeholders. Fourth, every part in BPMKS program has no alternative to develop the results. Based aspects of the research, three of the four aspects of the study have been met, so that it can be said if the synergy between stakeholders in Bantuan Pendidikan Masyarakat Kota Surakarta (BPMKS) program is sufficient synergy.
