    Abstract

    This study aimed to study and to analyze the effect of Time Demands of Work on Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as mediating variable. The data of research was obtained from the questionnaire distributed to the production division employees of PT. Sri Rejeki Isman, Tbk. Sukoharjo. The sampling technique used was non probability sampling with convenience sampling. The sample of research was the production division employees of PT. Sri Rejeki Isman, Tbk. Sukoharjo, consisting of 100 respondents. The hypothesis testing was conducted using Regression Analysis from Baron and Kenny, (1986) with SPSS for windows version 16 software help. Considering the result of testing with Regression Analysis from Baron and Kenny (1986), it could be found that Time Demands of work affected positively the turnover intention. Time demands of work affected negatively the job satisfaction. Job satisfaction affected negatively the turnover intention. Job satisfaction partially mediated the effect of time demands of work on turn over intention. Thus, all of hypotheses in this research were supported.
