    Abstract

    The ability of students in the clinical practice of midwifery skills done by the are students affected by ability, achievement motivation needs, attitudes, self-confidence, skills, and personal experiences that are owned. The purpose of this study is to analyze: the relationship of achievement motivation with learning clinical practice, the relationship of confidence with learning clinical practice ,the relationship of achievement motivation and self-confidence by learning clinical practice. In this research, quantitative research with analytic survey research methods, the population is students has ever performed clinical practice, a large population of 58 students. The independent variable in this study is the achievement motivation and self-confidence, while the dependent variable is learning clinical practice. Analysis using Pearson product moment technique, the analysis of the prerequisite test by Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality and linearity, multicolinearity, and multivariate testing using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis showed that: there is a relationship between achievement motivation with learning outcomes of clinical practice with a significance value of 0.001 and r count 0.528, there is a relationship between self-confidence by learning outcomes of clinical practice with a significance value of 0.000 and r count 0.525, there is relationship between motivation and self-confidence of students with learning clinical practice with calculated Fcount 15 633 with significance 0.000. The conclusion are the higher the student’s achievement motivation, the higher the student’s learning of clinical practice, the higher the studen’s self – confidence, the higher the student’s learning of clinical practice, the higher the student’s achivement motivation and self – confidence, the higher the student’s learning of practice.
