    Abstract

    Indra Wisnu Wibisono, D0111044. SERVICE MANAGEMENT OF UPT. PUSKESMAS MRANTI PURWOREJO IN HEALTH SERVICES NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE PROGRAM. Thesis. Study Program Public Administration. Social and Political Faculty, Sebelas Maret University Surakarta. 2015. UPT. Puskesmas Mranti Purworejo is an outstanding urban health centers 2015 in the Purworejo district which had a duty as the first contact facilitation of national health insurance program. The number of participants registered in the program in UPT. Puskesmas Mranti Purworejo is 32,92 % or totaled 9.659 inhabitants from the total population in the operational region of Puskesmas 29.328 inhabitants. Puskesmas must to make a good management of services towards the services provided although with the various limitations of facilities and infrastructure. This research has purpose to understand how the services management in UPT. Puskesmas Mranti Purorejo. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data source is got by informant, observation, and documentation that are related with this research. Sampling technique is purposive which choose informant that know and reliable to be data source. Data collection technique is done by in-depth interview, non participation observation, and documentation study. Data validity uses source triangulation that excavates same data from any source. Data analysis technique is interactive analysis technique. The results of research conducted by using an interactive model that links between organizations providing services to those it serves using a service triangle model consisting of: 1) service strategy has been well implemented and is based on the ability of an organization’s internal and external aspects outside the organization. 2) well service people because it has met six criteria of good service providers. 3) Friendly service system where the existing service system already has the principles of clarity and simplicity Keywords: Services Management, Puskesmas, health insurance program
