    Abstract

    The purposes of this study were to determine: (1) the effect ofcurriculum, staff academic, facilities, education management, and price fairness to the student satisfaction SMA 3 Surakarta. (2) the effect of curriculum, staff academic, facilities, education management, price fairness, responsiveness, and access to facilities to the student satisfaction SMA 3 Surakarta. The research method used descriptive quantitative method. The research population is all of the students SMA 3 Surakarta class of X and XI in 2014 with a sample of 90 respondents. The data analysis technique used the multiple linear regression analysis. The research can be concluded that: (1) Curriculum is significantly affect to the students' satisfaction SMA 3 Surakarta with result 2.563>1.988 and probability value of 0.012<0.05. Staff academic is significantly affect to the students' satisfaction SMA 3 Surakarta with result13.071 >1.988 and a probability value of 0.000<0.05. Facilities is significantly affect to the students' satisfaction SMA 3 Surakarta with result 5.886>1.988 and aprobability value of 0.000<0.05. Management education is significantly affect to the students' satisfaction SMA 3 Surakarta with result 3.360>1.988 and probability value of 0.001<0.05. Price fairness is significantly affect to the students' satisfaction SMA 3 Surakarta with result 2,644>1.988 and probability value of 0.010<0.05. (2) Curriculum is significantly affect to the students' satisfaction SMA 3 Surakarta with result 2.033>1.989 and probability value of 0.045<0.05. Staff academic is significantly affect to the students' satisfaction SMA 3 Surakarta with result 9.489>1.989 and a probability value of 0.000<0.05. Facilities is significantly affect to the students' satisfaction SMA 3 Surakarta with result 7.923>1.989 and a probability value of 0.000<0.05. Management education is significantly affect to the students' satisfaction SMA 3 Surakarta with result 2,005>1.989 and probability value of 0.048<0.05. Price fairness is significantly affect to the students' satisfaction SMA 3 Surakarta with result 3,726>1.989 and probability value of 0.000<0.05. Responsiveness is significantly affect to the students' satisfaction SMA 3 Surakarta with result 2.942>1.989 and probability value of 0.004<0.05. Access to facilities is significantly affect to the students' satisfaction SMA 3 Surakarta with result 5,564>1.989 and probability value of 0.000<0.05.
