    Abstract

    The purpose of this research is (1) To determine the performance of the quality of educational services that have been implemented by SMK Wijaya Kusuma have compatibility with student expectations or not. (2) To determine the quality of educational services include reliability, responsiveness , assurance, empathy and tangible which should be improved by SMK Wijaya Kusuma Surakarta. This research used descriptive quantitatif research methode, population in this research is all of students class XI – XII SMK Wijaya Kusuma Surakarta year 2014. In this research the number of sample is 63 respondent. Try out wich do to 30 respondent in population with output valid and reliable. Data analysis technique that used is Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Based on research output can be conclude that: (1) Calculation of total compatibility standard between work Service Quality with hope standard is 74,59% minus from 100%, so can be said that work standard of service quality in SMK Wijaya Kusuma Surakarta is not very agree with students hope. The average from total of the importance standard is 3,48. This number showing the hope standard of students that so importance. The average total of work standard is 2,6. This number is showing work standard of service quality in SMK Wijaya Kusuma Surakarta is not very satisfied to students. (2) Based on the analysis of Cartesian diagramResponsiveness and Empathy are in Quadrant A. There are 18 attributes of quality of education services should be improved by SMK Wijaya Kusuma Surakarta in order to improve the student satisfaction.
