    Abstract

    The research purpose is to get description about: (1) Implementation of Quality Manajement System ISO 9001:2008 in SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta;(2) Factors that support implementation Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 in SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta;(3) Factors that hinder implementation Qual ity Management System ISO 9001:2008 in SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta;(4) Benefits implementation Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 in SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta. The research was held in SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta. This research used method the research descriptive evaluative mode CIPP (Context, Input, Process, dan Product). Technique collection data used quisioner, interview, and documentation. Validity data used content validation. Analysis data technique which used in the research are avarage analystic which evaluated based on criteria evaluation. The research showed that (1) Quality of Implementation Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 in SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta was belong to high criteria. (2) Factors that support implementation Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 in SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta are (a) The context evaluation evaluation that support aspects are: (i) Conditions of sudents’s parents; (ii) Policy in the application of ISO 9001:2008 system, (b) The input evaluation that support aspects are (i) PPBD system, (ii) The readiness of students, (iii) The readiness of teachers, (iv) Readiness of the school principal, (v) Readiness management representative (MR); (vi) Curriculum that was relevant to Industry, (vii) The readiness of facilities and infrastructure; (viii) Preparation of teaching; (ix) Financial readiness, (c) The process evaluation that support aspects are: (i) Implementation of learning, (ii) The role of the principal, (iii) Empowerment of human resources, (iv) Implementation of the administration, (v) Control over student violations, (vi) Cooperation with Industry, (vii) Implementation assessment of learning outcomes, (d) The product evaluation: (i) The quality of students, (ii) The quantity of students, (iii) satisfaction of students. (3)The factors that hinder the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 system in SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta is: (a) Empowering the low quality of human resources employees. (4) Implementation of ISO 9001:2008 system in SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta provide high benefits included: (a) Improve the quality of graduates, (b) Increase the quantity of graduates, (c) Increasing student satisfaction.
