    Abstract

    The idea of theory of Robert B Seidman which state the law of certain nations could not be simply transferable to the other nations is giving significant role for Indonesia’s national law development. Eventhought Indonesia in the past time colonized by Dutch, but for the law system development could not take over merely the Dutch colonial law system. Being realized that the impact of Dutch law system still existed within Indonesia law system, but we can not conclude we are copying the dutch colonial law. Systematically we have tried to develop national law system in which Indonesia’s taste minded. We never think to take over merely the other nations law system eventhough more advanced to the Indonesia’s national law, as will not guaranting will be operated better.
