Abstract
This research was carried out to knowing the advisability and effectivity product of tutorial learning multimedia using macromedia flash software at periodicity of elements subject for chemistry learning on senior high school science X grade. This research was refer to the research and development method based on Borg and Gall. The procedures of this research and development were: (1) Research and information collecting, (2) Planning, (3) Develop preliminary form of product, (4) Preliminary field testing, (5) Main product revision, (6) Main field testing and (7) Operational product revision. The data collecting technique was done by interview, observation, questionnaire and test. The data was obtained from two expert lectures, two chemistry teachers and respondens from students of SMA N 5 Surakarta and SMA Batik 1 Surakarta. The results showed the tutorial learning multimedia that developed through research and development method generally had good advisability based on assessment expert team 80,63% and students 91,86% also had good effectivity to applied in chemistry learning with existence of difference results test in treatment class better than without treatment class. Key words : research and development, learning multimedia, tutorial, macromedia flash, periodicity of elements
