    Abstract

    The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) The difference between the effect of direct learning approaches and learning approaches indirectly to increase learning outcomes servicing skills on the volleyball game. (2) The difference in improvement of learning outcomes servicing skills on the volleyball game between students who have the motor skills of high, medium and students who have the ability to move lower. (3) The effect of the interaction between learning approaches and motion capabilities to increase learning outcomes servicing skills on the volleyball game. This study used an experimental method using factorial study design 3 x 2. The population in this study were all male students of class XI SMA N 1 Karangrayung totaling 82 students, sampling using purposive random sampling so that the sample to 60 students. Data analysis techniques in this study using the technique of Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) two roads at significance level α = 0.05 with the prerequisite analysis of sample normality test and homogeneity of variance test. The results of this study were (1) There is a significant difference between learning approach directly and indirectly learning approach to servicing skills on the volleyball game. From the analysis of variance obtained sig = 0.002 less than 0.05. (2) There is a significant difference between high movement capability, medium, low to serve on volleyball skills. From the analysis of variance obtained sig = 0.000 less than 0.05. (3) There is an interaction effect between pembelaran approach with motion capabilities of the service on volleyball skills. From the analysis of variance obtained sig = 0.042 less than 0.05. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (1) There are differences in the effect of direct learning approaches and learning approaches are not directly against the service on volleyball skills. Hands-on learning approach is better than the indirect learning approach to servicing on volleyball skills. (2) There is a difference in service on volleyball skills among students who have the motor skills of high, medium, low. Students who have a high motor skills have better results than students who have the ability to moderate and low motion. (3) There is a significant interaction effect between learning approaches and motion capabilities to serve on volleyball skills. Hands-on learning approach is more suitable for students with high movement capability. Indirect learning approach is more suitable for students with low motor skills. For students with motor skills are equally good if getting learning approach, directly or indirectly.
