    Abstract

    The research aims at evaluating: (1) the context of Dual System Education Program include (a) the quality of student competence, (b) the policies and objectives Dual System Education, (c) the management readiness Dual System Education, (2) input Dual Systems Edu cation which includes (a) efforts to increase students readiness competencies, (b) efforts to increase preparedness program management, (c) efforts to increase the readines s of teachers' competence, (3) process of the Dual System Education which includes ( a) the implementation Dual System Education, (b) factors constraints, (c) an assessment of the implementation of the Dual System Education, and (4) the product, (a) the quality of students, (b) the benefits of Dual System Education. The research was conducted in SMK Bhinneka Karya Surakarta. This study used descriptive evaluative model CIPP. The study sample was taken with the sampling technique purposive to head master, vice principals industry, teacher and students class XII majoring in automotive engineering. T echniques of data collection used questionnaires, interviews, observation s and documentations. Validity used in this study was the content validity and triangulation of data . Data analysis techniques used analysis based on average value. The results show: (1) Evaluation of context Dual System of Education Program category of high, aspect consists of: (a) Quality competencies possessed by students. (b) the implementation of the Compliance Program with Dual System of Education policies and objectives by the school as very high. (c) the management of the implementation of the Educational Readiness of Dual System conducted by the school . (2) Evaluation against input shows the Dual System of Education Program very high. Aspects consists of: (a) Efforts to improve the readiness of students' competencies in implementation of Dual Education System Readiness Education students in the Dual System implementation. (b) Efforts to improve management preparedness Dual System of Education Pro gram by the school. (c) Efforts to improve the readiness of teachers competence of the Dual System of Education. (3) The evaluation of the process shows the Dual Syst em of Education Program is high, aspects consists of: (a) The process of Dual Education System. (b) Factors that hinder and support the Dual System of Education. (4) An evaluation of the product in this regard is the quality of students and the benefits of Dual System Education Program shows very high, Benefits of Dual System Education (1) For school link and match can create a between learning, (2) For competence students can improve students, and ( 3 ) to alleviate the petrified industry can finish the work there. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi: (1) konteks (context) Program Pendidikan Sistem Ganda meliputi (a) kualitas kompetensi siswa, (b) kebijakan dan tujuan Program Pendidikan sistem Ganda, (c) kesiapan pengelolaan Program Pendidikan Sistem Ganda; (2) masukan (input) Program Pendidikan Sistem Ganda yang meliputi (a) upaya peningkatan kesiapan kompetensi siswa , (b) upaya peningkatan kesiapan pengelolaan program, (c) upaya peningkatan kesiapan kompetensi guru; (3) proses (process) pelaksanaan Program Pendidikan Sistem Ganda yang meliputi (a) pelaksanaan Pendidikan Sistem Ganda, (b) faktor-faktor kendala, (c) penilaian pelaksanaan Pendidikan Sistem ganda; dan (4) produk (product) yaitu (a) kualitas siswa, (b) manfaat Program Pendidikan Sistem Ganda. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Bhinneka Karya Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif evaluatif model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, dan Product). Sampel penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik porposive sampling yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah DuDi, guru dan siswa kelas XII jurusan teknik otomotif. Teknik pengumpulan data denga n kuisioner, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Validitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah validitas isi dan trianggulasi data. Teknik analisis data kuisioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui analisis rata -rata yang dinilai berdasarkan kriteria penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Evaluasi terhadap konteks program PSG tergolong tinggi, aspek ini terdiri dari: (a) Kualitas kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh siswa. (b) Kesesuaian pelaksanaan progam PSG dengan kebijakan dan tujuan yang ditetapkan oleh sekolah. (c) Kesiapan pengelolaan pelaksanaan yang dilakukan oleh sekolah tergolong tinggi. (2) Eavaluasi terhadap masukan program PSG tergolong sangat tinggi. Aspek input terdiri dari : (a) Upaya peningkatan kesiapan kompetensi siswa. (b) Upaya peningkatan kesiapan pengelolaan program oleh sekolah. (c) Upaya peningkatan kesiapan kompetensi guru. (3) Evaluasi terhadap proses program PSG tergolong tinggi, aspek proses terdiri dari: (a) Proses pelaksanaan program PSG. (b) Faktor-faktor yang menghambat serta mendukung pelaksanaan PSG. (4) Evaluasi terhadap produk program PSG dalam kualitas siswa dan manfaat program PSG menunjukan sangat tinggi, manfaat pelaksanaan PSG antara lain (1) Bagi sekolah dapat menciptakan link and match pembelajaran yang ada di sekolah, (2) Bagi siswa dapat meningkatkan kompetesnsi yang dimiliki siswa, dan (3) Bagi industri dapat membatu menyelesaikan pekerjaan yang ada
