    Abstract

    The research goal is to produce a digital learning media namely bilingual digital book in Physics with subject of Newton's laws that fullfil good criteria. This is a development research based on a model developed by Borg and Gall. The procedure of research is only sixth stages out of ten stages, namely (1) research and information compiling, (2) planning, (3) Development of draft products, (4) initial field trials, (5) Revising the results of the initial field trials, and (6) main field trials . The data obtained in this study is qualitative and is supported by quantitative data which is obtained through questionnaires, interviews, documentation , and review of the literature. Source of research data consists of subject experts ( feasibility of content, language and image, presentation, and graphic), physics teachers as a reviewer, fellow student who studied media creation as peer reviewer, and the students . The number of students is 36 students of SMAN 1 Karanganyar, SMAN 3 Surakarta, and SMAN 1 Kebakkramat . Data analysis techniques used in this study is qualitative and quantitative. This digital book has been developed in accordance with the rules of module writing on materials of Newton's Law and its application for 10th grade students, using CorelDRAW X4 in book design, drawings design, and text. Then, using kvisoft flipbook maker pro 3.6.6, the results of CorelDRAW X4 are combined with swf files consisting of video, moving images , and interactive evaluation. Total pages of this Digital Book are 168 pages. Digital book consists of an introduction, learning activities and conclusion. The introduction consists of learning descriptions, prerequisite for learning modules, module usage instructions, final destination of learning, competency map, concept map and initial test. Learning section consists of student learning plans and learning activities. The learning activities consist of materials, formative tests, and feedback. The conclusion section consists of the final evaluation, an answer key and glossary. The developed Physics learning media on Newton’s Law in the form of digital which are prepared in accordance with the rules of module writing and its application for 10 th Grade of senior high school, in overall aspect, has met the criteria of very good for 27 students and of good for 3 students out of 30 students based on a questionnaire prepared in accordance with the characteristics of good module according to Depdiknas 2008.
