    Abstract

    The purpose of the classroom action research is to improve the calculating capability through the application of cooperative learning modal, technique to make a match to B group children of Pertiwi XIII Jatisrono kindergarden in the academic year 2013. Respondents is 18 children and was active school. The technique of analizing data is interactives model that imcludes three components; data reduction, data presentation, and making conclusion The result shows from the pre-cycle, the mean score of children calculating capability is 54,3 then, in cycle 1 it increases become 68,1, cycle II increases to become 76,5 and in cycle III it increases become 83,6. The percentage of calculating capability completeness that increases in pre- cycle is 4 children or 22,2%, 7 children or 38,9% in cycle I, 13 children or 72,2% in cycle II, and 15 children or 83,3% in cycle III. This prove of children calculating capability that increases to every cycles. The conclusion of the research is the application of cooperative learning modal, technique to make a match is able to improvethe calculating capability.
