    Abstract

    The purpose of this study was to testthe influences of job _autonom_y, supervisor support, and job interdependence to work performance and also to test of intrinsic motivation as mediating variable. Population at this study are 370 employees of “Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Surakarta Sample at this study are 80 employees PDAM Surakarta and taken with convenience sampling method. The used analysis method is path analysis, and instrument tested using Conflrmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The result of this study are: (1) intrinsic motivation is‘ positive influence to work performance. (2) Supervisor support is positive influence to intrinsic motivation. (3) Supervisor support is positive influence to work performance. (4) The influence of supervisor support toworkperformance is fitlly mediated by intrinsic motivation. (5) Job autonomy is positive influence to intrinsic motivation. (6) Job autonomy is positive influence to work performance. (7) The influence of job autonomy to work performance is fully mediated by intrinsic motivation. (8) Job interdependence is positive influence to intrinsic motivation. (9) Job interdependence is positive influence to work performance. (1 0) The influence ojj'ob interdependence to work performance is fully mediated by intrinsic motivation. Key Word .'
