    Abstract

This research was aimed to analyze the effect of the realization Health Operational Fund (HOF) on MCH nutrition indicators (coverage nenonatus first visit/KN1), delivery assistance by skilled health personnel/Pn), and children weighing or D/S) in district/city of Central Java. This research was a quantitative research. Research is 2012 with cross sections about 35 district/city in Central Java. Analitical method is simple regression. Data are taken from Directorate General of MCH (Maternal and Child Health) Nutrition and Health Agency of Central Java. Research results show that: a) The realization of Health Operational Fund (HOF) has positive effect and significant on neonatus first visit/KN1, b) The realization of Health Operational Fund (HOF) has positive effect and significant on assistance by skilled health personnel/Pn, and c) The realization of Health Operational Fund (HOF) has positive effect and significant on children weighing or D/S. Coefficient of determination (r ²) is 0.629 for the effect of BOK on KN1, 0.636 for the effect of BOK on Pn, and 0.690 for BOK on D/S. The result of classical assumptions show that residual variables are normally distributed, despite heteroscedasticity and despite autoccorelation. Recommendations from this research are: a) Government is expected to optimize BOK on KN1 to reduce the risk of Infant Mortality Rate (IMR), b) Government is expected to optimize BOK on Pn to reduce the risk of Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR), and c) Government is expected to optimize the BOK for children weighing D/S to reduce the risk of malnutrition.
