    Abstract

    This study aims to determine the implementation of the supervision by the Inspectorate Sragen the regional administration and the problems faced related to the supervision of the Inspectorate Sragen and solutions to overcome these problems. This research is a descriptive empirical laws through a qualitative approach. Research sites in Sragen Inspectorate which is an institution that has the authority under the supervision of local autonomy. Types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Sources of primary data collected or obtained directly from the field through interviews with relevant parties. While secondary data sources such as the use of books, journals, archives, scientific writing, literature, legislation, internet and other written sources. Data collection techniques used were the object of study to the field of research and study to obtain the theoretical literature relating to the research. using analytical techniques, grouping, and selecting the data obtained from the field, then connected with the theories, principles, and the rule of law derived from the literature study. Based on the results obtained from the study and after discussion it generated a conclusion, which is based on the law No. 13 of 2008, the Inspectorate is an element Sragen supervisors and inspectors in the regional administration, headed by an Inspector under and responsible directly to the mayor, Sragen Inspectorate has the task of monitoring and inspection of the implementation of government affairs in the region, fostering the implementation of village governance and the implementation of village government affairs. Also arise in the supervision of various obstacles such as personnel officers who do not have knowledge in the field of employment are addressed and besides the lack of facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of the monitoring carried out by the Inspectorate Office Sragen.
