    Abstract

    Heni Nurhayati, R.0209022, 2013. Hubungan Antara Postur Kerja dengan Keluhan Muskuloskeletal pada Pekerja Bagian Press dryer UD. Abioso, Boyolali. Skripsi. Diploma 4 Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Fakultas Kedokteran, Universitas Sebelas Maret, Surakarta. Latar Belakang : Pekerja bekerja dengan sikap kerja berdiri dengan kedua tangan di depan tubuh, pekerja memilah core veener, kemudian mengangkat core veener dan memasukkan core veener ke dalam mesin press. Setelah menunggu beberapa saat pekerja kembali mengangkat core veener yang telah di press untuk disusun kembali. Dari observasi awal bagian tubuh yang sering mengalami nyeri muskuloskeletal adalah pinggang (62.5%), kaki (43.75%), tangan (68.75%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara postur kerja dengan keluhan muskuloskeletal pada pekerja bagian press dryer UD. Abioso, Boyolali. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 24 pekerja bagian press dryer, menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan pengukuran langsung dan wawancara terhadap tenaga kerja. Skala pengukuran penelitian ini pada postur kerja dan keluhan muskuloskeletal adalah adalah interval. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan uji statistik Korelasi Spearman. Hasil : Hasil uji statistik terhadap hubungan antara postur kerja dengan keluhan muskuloskeletal pada pekerja bagian press dryer UD. Abioso, Boyolali dengan nilai significancy 0.000 p-value < 0.05, nilai kekuatan korelasi 0.657 (kuat) dan arah korelasi positif. Simpulan : Ada hubungan yang kuat dan sangat bermakna antara postur kerja dengan keluhan muskuloskeletal pada pekerja bagian press dryer UD. Abioso, Boyolali. Results: The results of the statistical test for the relationship between working postures with the complaint of muskuloskeletal of the press dryer workers UD. Abioso, Boyolali shows a significant results 0.000 p-value < 0.05, spearman correlation value of 0.657(strong) and that the direction of a positive. Conclusion: There is a strong relationship and very meaningful between of the working postures with the complaint of muskuloskeletal of the press dryer workers UD.
