    Abstract

    ABSTRAK Vionita Purnama Sari, R0209056, 2013. Hubungan implementasi surat izin kerja aman (SIKA) dan masa kerja dengan perilaku kerja pada pekerja outsourcing di PT. Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit V Balikpapan. Latar Belakang : Pekerja outsourcing merupakan pekerja yang memiliki sikap cukup sulit dalam mematuhi aturan-aturan yang berlaku di perusahaan. Terdapat perbedaaan perilaku kerja outsourcing antara masa kerja kurang dari 3 tahun dan lebih dari 3 tahun. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan implementasi surat izin kerja aman (SIKA) dan masa kerja dengan perilaku kerja pada pekerja outsourcing di PT. Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit V Balikpapan. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan studi cross sectional, yang dilakukan di PT. Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit V Balikpapan (Kal-Tim), variabel bebasnya adalah Surat Izin Kerja Aman (SIKA) dan masa kerja, variabel terikatnya adalah perilaku kerja. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji statistik Korelasi Pearson dengan program computer SPSS 16. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara SIKA dengan perilaku kerja dengan nilai (p=0.257). Dan terdapat hubungan antara masa kerja dengan perilaku kerja dengan nilai (p=0.001). Kesimpulan : Hasil dari uji statistik dari hubungan implementasi Surat Izin Kerja Aman (SIKA) dan masa kerja dengan perilaku kerja outsourcing di PT. Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit V Balikpapan, yaitu terdapat korelasi yang rendah antara SIKA dengan perilaku kerja dan terdapat korelasi yang kuat antara masa kerja dengan perilaku kerja. Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit V Balikpapan. Background : Outsourcing workers are workers who are difficult enough in obeying the rules that apply in the company. There was a differentiation behaviour of outsourcing workers between below 3 years and above 3 years working experience in order to obey the rules especially permit to work regulations. This research was conducted to find out the correlation about implementation permit to work and working PT. Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit V Balikpapan. Methods : This research was using analytic observational research with cross sectional study approach., and conducted in PT. Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit V Balikpapan (East Borneo), the independent of variabel are permit to work and working experience, and the dependent of variable is behaviour of work. The program. Results : The results from statistical tests on the correlation about implementation permit to work with behaviour of work was showed p=0.27, and the correlation about work time with behaviour of work was showed p=0.001. Conclusion : The results from statistical tests on the correlation about implementation permit to work and working experience with behaviour of work at Unit V Balikpapan, there was a low correlation between permit to work with behaviour of work and strong correlation between working experience with behaviour of work.
