Abstract
The objective of research is to study the value chain and fficiency of iam.ur-kuping (wood ear or cloud ear mushroom) agribusinesi i, Korongonyar Regency of Central Java' The data collection was conducted with interview technique, using questionnaire prepared previously' Meanwhile the sample was taken using non-probabilistic technique with seeder as the entry point that wos investigated using snowball systim to obtain the sample from the next point to the consumer. From this techiique, 47 samples were obtained consisting: 2 seeders (the one who cultivate the seed), 12 bagtlger, 2t faimers, 12 traders with varied level. The result of study showed that therewere glninnnt poitnr^ inthevalue chain of jamur kuping agribusiness, with the main performers determining ii the jamur kuping value chain: seeder/bagloger, particularly in determining the quality of proiuct, white the bieeder receives the highest risk and profit values' Furthermore, viewed fro*'th" profit level, the highest one nominally was breeder in all channels with proportion rangingyro* is,ilu to 87,48%; meanwhile, viewedfrom the operating fficiency wrth-mark up on setlnl, it could be seen that all marketing pattern had been efficient viewedfrom the breeder aspect, beiause the proportion rangedfrom B0,l6l% to 87,60'%.
