    Abstract

    This study aims to know implementation of law of Number 8 of 2010 on the Public Peace and Order Madiun in regulating about prohibition in streetsinging, begging and give money to street-musician, beggar and street children in the City of Madiun. This study includes in non-doctrinal legal research (empirical). The characteristic of the research is Descriptive. The research shape includes prescriptive-evaluative. Based on this study, it is got result that the importance of Regulation of Number 8 of 2010 to maintain public peace and order in Madiun, but its implementation is still less effective in problem solving about street-musician, beggars and street children because several factors, first; the lack of community participation especially road users. Second, the lack of coordination between municipal police and Social Services. Third, the lack of ongoing monitoring so it is difficult to evaluate programs that have been implemented. Fourth, the lack of resources in quantity and quality of both these institutions. The implications of this study are first, a strategy in a program that should be evaluated to know barriers that happen to be know problem and to find a solution. Second, a program must be viewed from the human resources who implement the program whether or not the program will be run. Third: a solution must be accommodated in the implementation of the next program. This is solution that is not only a merely discourse. Keywords: Regulation, public peace and Order.
